Our products contain high concentration (50%) of fragrance oil. Please do not apply the perfume to sensitive, damaged, broken or inflammed skin. If irritation develops, reduce frequency or discontinue use. If you develop any allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately.

Upon receiving your perfume, you should test your atomiser immediately. If the atomiser is defective, please WhatsApp us at +65 8356 2097 with photo or video of the defective product.

If the atomiser is found to be defective, you may return the product to us for an exchange or refund. Please note that this only applies for a full 20ml bottle, and within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

For reasons of health and hygiene protection, we do not accept returns of used products.

We will pay for the shipment of replaced products to you but you will be responsible for the return shipment of the defective product to us.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of products if the company identifies negligent or bad faith behaviour in purchases. This includes, but is not limited to, returning several complete orders or returning more than two consecutive orders. The decision not to accept the return of products will be made after a careful evaluation of the customer's behaviour to protect the integrity of our commercial policies.

Refund of Your Return

The refund will be made once we have received and inspected the product. We strive to process refunds quickly and efficiently, ensuring you receive your money back as soon as possible. Depending on the original payment method, the refund may take a few days to reflect in your account.

Fragrance Lab engages with our local courier, EasyParcel SG for deliveries that typically take 3-5 days. If your order hasn't arrived, please reach out to us and we will work to resolve any delivery issues. While we strive to keep you informed, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or delays caused by our couriers. For urgent deliveries, we recommend selecting our same-day delivery option via GrabExpress for a fee of $20, instead of the standard $5. If you require urgent service, please indicate this during checkout and we will prioritize your order to ship it as quickly as possible.
